Odd Houz makes use of a third party to complete delivery of all items sold. Generally, smaller items can be sent via PUDO locker for R90.00, alternatively small to medium items can be delivered to your door for R180.00, and larger items for R280.00. The available shipping options will be displayed at check-out. Alternatively, items can be collected for free from our Durban-based studio within 7-days of purchase.
Kindly note that Odd Houz is a small scale creative studio that outsource delivery of our products and therefore our shipping quotes are based on the rates of the third party in use. These rates are subject to change based on the final weight and dimensions of the packaged product. While we have done our best to anticipate the costs for delivery for the individual items on our website so that you can complete your purchase in a single check-out, the quoted price may increase due to the above mentioned factors. If the website has quoted an incorrect price, we reserve the right to contact you with an updated quote. If you disagree to the updated quote, you are more than welcome to cancel your order or consider a different delivery option.
Odd Houz takes great care in ensuring that all items are packaged exceptionally well to limit any risk of damage during shipping, however due to the use of a third party service, we cannot take responsibility for any loss and/or damage to items once they have left our studio. Insurance is not included in the delivery price. If you require insurance please contact us and we can arrange this at an additional charge.
Larger furniture items and exceptionally fragile items cannot be shipped and will need to be collected from our Durban-based studio. Alternatively, we can offer delivery within a 40km radius of our studio at a cost of R400.00. Should you wish to arrange your own courier for these items, please contact us.
