Return Policy - Second hand goods
The second hand products sold by Odd Houz are carefully restored to best resemble their original state, and where necessary, minor adjustments are made to improve the aesthetic appeal of the items. However, due to the nature of second hand products being sold and the varying age of the items, minor imperfections may be present. Odd Houz is committed to disclosing any imperfections by means of photographs and the product description and any such imperfections are reflected in the price of the item. Items are therefore sold as is and we cannot accept any returns or refunds on second hand items. Should you be uncertain about the condition of an item, please contact us before purchasing the item and we will happily provide further details.
Return Policy - New goods
Any new product branded Odd Houz is thoughtfully designed and special attention is paid to ensure that each item that leaves our studio is of high quality. We endeavour to accurately represent all of our products with photographs and descriptions and hope that all of our customers love whatever they purchase from us. Our products are all handmade on a small scale in our Durban-based studio and slight variations may occur. If you are in any way disappointed with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will assess the best way forward to ensure that you feel valued as a customer and have a good experience when shopping with us.
Items in their original condition can be returned to our studio for any reason, at the cost of the buyer. We will inspect the item/s and process a refund within 7 business days. Please note that delivery of items is outsourced and Odd Houz cannot take responsibility for any loss and/or damage to goods once they have left the studio.
